Convert, Resize and Compress Images Offline
Resizing and converting photos on upload websites means sending your pictures, and the hidden details inside them, to someone else's server. You can do it locally, many images at a time.
Step by step
- Open DIL and choose Image converter.
- Add images (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, SVG).
- Choose the format (JPG, PNG, WebP or BMP), the quality, and optionally a maximum size for the longest side, such as 1600 px.
- Press Convert. One image downloads directly; several come as a zip. The tool shows the total size before and after.
In DIL: this is part of the full DIL, a one-time purchase. You can also try the free Lite version first.

Questions
Does it reduce image quality?
JPG and WebP use lossy compression; the quality setting lets you balance size and sharpness. PNG is lossless.
Can I shrink many photos at once?
Yes. Add them all, set a maximum size, and download one zip.
