How to Split a PDF or Extract Pages Offline

Sometimes you only need pages 3 to 7 of a long PDF, or you want one file per chapter. You can do this without sending the document to anyone else's server.

Step by step

  1. Open the free DIL Lite tool and choose Split PDF.
  2. Choose your PDF. The page count appears under the box.
  3. Pick a mode: Extract pages into one new PDF (for example 1-3, 5, 8-10), One PDF for each range, Every page as its own PDF, or Cut into chunks of N pages.
  4. Press Split. A single result downloads as a PDF; several results come as one zip file.

Yes. "Every page as its own PDF" or "chunks of N pages" gives you a zip with all the files.
